The Path exists to support individuals on their journey of growth and healing by providing a space and guidance to do the inner work. Our mission is to help members of The Path travel toward greater wellbeing whether alongside therapy, during a pause, or when access to therapy is limited. The Path follows seasonal rhythms with offerings of mindful practices, resources, and more, empowering travelers to navigate life with intention, presence, and compassion.
We envision a world where everyone has access to meaningful inner work—guided not only by professional therapy, but also by self-awareness, nature, and connectivity. The Path aspires to be a map for the lifelong journey of healing and self-discovery, helping individuals connect with themselves and live from a place of Presence, Acceptance, Trust, and Harmony.

For more than 15 years, I've had the pleasure of guiding people toward improving their lives to better meet their needs while feeling more connected with self, others, and our original natural habitat - Nature. Whether through therapy, mindful nature immersion, mindfulness and compassion practices, or public speaking, I am truly grateful to help folks in meaningful and sustainable ways.
Spending as much time outside and in nature as I can has taught me so much about being human, and how we can create complex stories about our lives and place in this world that often lead us to getting in our own way.

I have a passion for integrating creativity, journaling, mindfulness, and nature to create a pathway for healing. For over 15 years I have walked along side with children, teens, and adults on their wellness journeys, helping them find meaningful ways to connect with themselves and their inner strengths.
I believe that engaging with creativity - whether through writing, art, or mindful exploration - opens doors to insight, self-discovery, and resilience. My hope is to provide a supportive space where people can explore their stories, express themselves authentically, and build practices that nurture well-being in meaningful and lasting ways.

As a mind-body integration guide, I walk alongside others on the journey toward greater well-being & deeper presence. My work is informed by the wisdom of yogic tradition including breath work & meditation, neuroscience & nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and Thai yoga bodywork. In the many roles I hold, my intentions are rooted in helping others connect with their bodies, emotions, & inner wisdom. I’ve been rewarded in my work with grief support, life transitions, anxiety, depression, mobility & aging challenges, & more. I'm a forever student - endlessly curious and always learning new ways to deepen my relationship with myself, others, & the world around me so I can more authentically support others. I’m inspired by nature, alchemy, the universe, genuine human connection, & the coexistence of joy & sorrow. I believe in the potency of kindness & whole-heartedness, & that these qualities—when embodied—can help us meet life with more grace, presence, & the ability to transform how we move through life, especially through the bittersweet moments. This is the heart of what I offer: a grounded, compassionate space for transformation, rooted in wonder, curiosity, & care.
